City of Tillamook
The City of Tillamook
needed a professional Web site, but had neither the personnel or time
to build it. The city employed Northwest Media Consultants to produce
it. We spent time with each department head, determined what types of
documents and assistance the public needed most often, wrote material
about each department, gathered up documents and forms to put on the
site, photographed staff and facilities and gathered extensive lists of
other community resources to add to the site. Then we designed and built
the site on third-party templates that made it easy for city staff to
do their own updates later. For the first time, the city was able to
post forms, applications and other documents the public uses often,
thereby saving staff time and improving convenience to the public.
